ALL THE ORDERS PLACED ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS. YOU WOULD RECEIVE A TRACKING LINK ONCE THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED OUT ON YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS.

THE PRPAID AMOUNT APPLIED TO CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS REMAINS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT THAT THE PACKAGE IS DECLINED.

- TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE, CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WITH YOUR ORDER ID, SIZE PURCHASED AND SIZE EXCHANGE REQUESTED AT alonshh25@gmail.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.

- ALL EXCHANGES WILL UNDERGO A QUALITY CHECK BY OUR TEAM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE AN EXCHANGE IF:

- THE PRODUCT/S ARE WORN/ WITHOUT TAGS AND DUSTBAG.

- THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED.

- THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT BACK TO US.

- ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE WITHIN 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS.

- IN ANY EXCHANGE ITEM. ADDITIONAL 200 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FROM THE CUSTOMER FOR THE COVERAGE OF PICKUP AND SHIPMENT PURPOSES.
