We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.
We only provide size exchange, and only under the conditions mentioned below.

Exchange Eligibility (Size Issues Only)
You can request an exchange only if the size does not fit.
To be eligible:
• You must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
• Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• You must provide order ID and proof of purchase.

• All clothing products (except sale items)

Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
• Items that are worn, washed, or damaged
• Items without original tags and packaging
• Sale, discounted, or clearance items
• Personalized or limited-edition items

How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, contact us at:

After your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the product.

Shipping Costs
• The customer must bear the shipping charges for sending the product back to us.
• Once we receive and verify the item, we will ship the replacement size.
• Shipping charges for sending the new item may also apply depending on your location.

Exchange Approval
After we receive your item:
• Our team will inspect it.
• If approved, we will dispatch the exchange size.
• If the item fails quality check (used/washed/damaged), the exchange will be rejected, and the customer must bear return shipping to get the item back.

Damages or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo proof. We will help you with the correct replacement.
